Irish film and TV stars to watch in 2021

While 2020 wasn’t exactly a year the majority of us will fondly remember, it saw a select group of Irish actors cement their reputations with impressive roles.

For example, Jessie Buckley, Paul Mescal, Chris Walley, Ruth Negga, and Sarah Greene all had years to remember, despite the challenges faced by the film and television industries.

On that note, the Irish Mirror has selected eight actors who should have a very good year 2021.

Lea Minto

Her next major role is: Netflix’s fantasy drama Fate: The Winx Saga, which is set in Ireland. The show is a live-action adaptation of Nickelodeon’s Winx Club and follows a character named Bloom as she adjusts to life in the Underworld, where she must learn to control her dangerous magical powers.
